The Website is owned and operated by The Original Gino’s, Inc. This Policy applies only to www.originalginos.com. The Original Gino’s Pizza is the sole owner of the information collected on the Website. All websites operated by The Original Gino’s Pizza will adhere to this Policy.
Data sent while making purchases from our site is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption. This encodes your data during transfer and makes it substantially more difficult for it to be intercepted by any third parties. We do not store your credit card numbers online or transmit them via email. To be even more secure, we remind you to close your browser at the end of your visit to our site--especially if you are visiting from a public computer such as in a coffee shop or library.

To return or exchange an OriginalGinos.com merchandise purchase by mail
Please have your invoice number and credit card information available.
Call 419-475-3890 and ask for the product returns department.
We will issue an RMA number and you can mail your item(s) back to our corporate office.
Please use original packaging to return your order.
Used merchandise cannot be returned.
Please write your RMA number on the sides of your package.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process the return to your original credit card.
If you are exchanging, we will process the exchange and mail your exchange to you.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Original Gino’s is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Returns mailed to Original Gino’s may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
GIFT CARDS are non-returnable.
